At Valiant Behavioural Health, we prioritize quality over quantity. To ensure the utmost care and attention, we take in a maximum of only 9 clients at a time. This deliberate decision enables us to cater to the unique needs of each individual, fostering a supportive and personalized healing environment. Recognizing the significance of individual attention, we provide 8 private counselling sessions per month for every client. These sessions serve as vital stepping stones towards addressing specific issues and promoting lasting recovery.

Our all-encompassing 90-day program is thoughtfully designed to embrace a wide range of critical topics and therapeutic modalities. From addressing Anxiety and Depression to delving into Grief and Loss, Codependency, Trauma, Anger, Relapse Prevention, and 12-Step support, we ensure that every aspect of the recovery journey is covered. We also incorporate evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to equip our clients with powerful tools for growth and healing.
